Rainbow colored Smoothies

Smoothies in all those pretty colors

Smoothies are very easy to make! You simply take all those super healthy ingredients mix them and therefore your body has everything available really quickly! Do you have a favorite ingredient or even one you don’t really like? You can put in all into your blender. Maybe more of your favorites and then blend in some of the others. 😉 If you want your smoothie to be more satiating you can simply make it with a basis out of oats like I did.

Ingredients

300 g Oats

600 ml water / milk of chice – I prefer almond milk

4 frozen bananas in slices

1 TL Matcha powder

1 TL blaues Spirulina powder

1 TL beet root powder

1 TL Goji berry powder

 

 

 

 

 

Let’s mix it!

  1. Put the oats and the liquid into a big bowl and let this sit for about 20 minutes. After that the oats should have absorbed all the liquid.
  2. Now add 1/4 of the mixture to your blender with the Matcha powder and one frozen banana. Blend well until you’ve reached a smooth texture
  3. Continue and do the same with the other powders as well.
