Summer time is Smoothie time
What would these hot summer days be without a super delicious and cooling smoothie? I love how these cold treats not only keep you hydrated throughout the day but also to add some super foods to your diet. You just add them to the blender and that’s it. Easy as that. Together with some frozen fruit and you have a smoothie in a trinkable-icecream ind of way. Or are you rather taking the spoon? Neither way it’s gonna be delicious and cooling. Especially with this recipe.

A super easy summer smoothie made in 5 minutes. Check it out now!
- 175 ml water
- 65 g frozen blueberries
- 25 g buckwheat
- 10 g gluten-free oats (most of them are)
- 10 g chia seeds
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Simply put all the ingredients into your blender and blend well until smooth.
Fill into a jar and enjoy.
Can be stored in the fridge up to two days.
