Rice crispy treats! Do you know them? My mom used to buy them sometimes when I was a kid. Fully covered in chocolate and sooo addictive! I remember me stuffing my face with those. Oh my – things have changed. But I wonder if there are vegan ones available now. I’d love to try them.
Thinking about those childhood memories got me craving some rice crispy treats and before I could even check the stores I found myself trying to recreate them in my kitchen. I tried a vegan version – of course and I also did not fully dip them into chocolate. I just “sprinkled” some chocolate on top.
But these ones tasted super amazing as well and the next time I’ll definitely make a more chocolatey version of these rice crispy treats!
