A simple recipe for the easiest fig jam ther is.
Wash and cut the figs, add to a small pot along with water and maple syrup. Bring to boil.
Add remaining ingredients and let boil for another 2-3 minutes.
Fill the mixture into your blender and blend at maximum sppen until the texture is smooth.
Take two glasses that can be closed well. Make sure your jars are clean (best cleaned with freshly boiled water but be careful). Devide the jam into the jars, put on the lid. Turn the closed jars up side down and let them cool. This will "seal" the jar perfectly.
Let fully cool down before storing in the fridge. There it will hold up to 1 week. Enjoy!
