Super simple, vegan cheese rolls as a pull-apart Christmas tree. Really delicious for the holidays and incredibly quick!

  • 700 g spelt flour - can be substituded with wheat for the dough
  • 1 cube of fresh yeast (40 g)⎪ for the dough
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar ⎪ for the dough
  • 50 g olive oil ⎪ for the dough
  • 360 g lukewarm water ⎪ for the dough
  • 1 pinch of salt ⎪ for the dough
  • 1 pack of grated vegan "cheese" - I used Violife
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
  • Sesame to decorate
  • Pomegranate seeds for decoration - optional
