Have you heard of “magic shell porridge”? I’ve been watching this trend for a few weeks now and I’ve finally jumped on the bandwagon.
The rules of the game are very simple: A porridge in a glass or bowl, topped with ice cream and covered with melted chocolate. The chocolate then hardens naturally, creating the magical chocolate layer. The whole thing is of course vegan and gluten-free, as long as you use gluten-free oatmeal, if you wish.
Otherwise there are no limits to your imagination.
I chose a classic porridge with vanilla syrup. The whole thing topped with 100% blueberry ice cream (just mix up frozen blueberries) and then covered with vegan chocolate. And did you see the popcorn? I happened to have it and thought it would be the perfect decoration! Once in the comments please vote what you think about it! I would be very interested! So my porridge hadn’t seen any popcorn before. You should have seen the look on its “face”! You definitely have to test that too.

The best thing about this hard chocolate layer on the porridge is the sound when you break through with the spoon. You absolutely have to try this once!
Enjoy the recipe and thanks for stopping by.
