I thought I would combine both for you! With lots of color and lots of fun in the kitchen, because as is well known, the eye also eats – or drinks.
My smoothies have been celebrated so much on Instagram in the last few weeks that today my four favorite vegan and gluten-free smoothie recipes are collected for you on the blog. From mango, to blueberry, green smoothie and a really cool blue smoothie. Don’t worry, everything is naturally colored and without the addition of anything. - 150 g frozen mango
- 25 grams of hemp seeds
- 30 g protein powder
- 20 g grated coconut
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 10 grams of poppy seeds
- 300 g oat milk or plant milk of your choice

- 5 Tbsp oatmeal – make sure they’re gluten-free if you want them
- 4 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp maca powder – optional
- 2 tbsp vegan protein powder
- 3 dates
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 150 g frozen blueberries
- 300 g plant milk of your choice

- 2 pitted dates
- 1 banana
- 3 cubes of frozen spinach
- 2 tbsp cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp maca powder optional
- 1 tsp green powder barley grass etc.
- 300 g plant milk of your choice
