My smoothies have been celebrated so much on Instagram in the last few weeks that today my four favorite vegan and gluten-free smoothie recipes are collected for you on the blog.   • 2 tbsp vegan protein powder
  • 3 dates
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 150 g frozen blueberries
  • 300 g plant milk of your choice

  • 1 tsp green powder barley grass etc.
  • 300 g plant milk of your choice
