I don’t know why, but I’ve never had puff pastry that much on my mind. At least not as such a quick variant. Lunch, dinner and even dessert can be prepared in just 20 minutes. And for dessert it even took less than 15 minutes. Unbelievable, is not it?
The whole thing is of course also vegan, since there are now a lot of vegan puff pastry alternatives.
I was also able to try out the new Mando series from Tupperware® for you, which accelerated the preparation process enormously.

For dessert, I simply cut the berries finely into slices. I cut the vegan puff pastry into 8 equal pieces, left a little edge and cut again lightly. The middle of the pieces was coated with vegan quark and caramel syrup. Then came the strawberry slices, which, thanks to the MandoJunior, were super easy, quick and cut into perfectly equal-sized slices. Baked & done!
They were cleaned up at least as quickly.
