Ciao Bella! Say “hello” to a super pretty and ridiculously easy, Italian inspired summer dish: Sage Gnocchi ?.
I came up with this idea last week when I saw my sage almost growing out of that pot. That’s when I thought: how about pasta and sage, fired all nicely in a pan? And this dish was born! It’s so full of flavor and I absolutely love it! You could also make your own gnocchi but for this version I used store bought ones. Simply, because I wanted to keep it as quick as possible.
I used a high quality vegan & organic brand. If you want to make sure it’s vegan or vegan & glutenfree, simply check the label.
All super easy quick lunch or dinner for any weekday. Full of flavor and italian spices. The perfect summer combo ☀️. Check out the recipe here ?.
- 250 g fresh Gnocchi – vegan & high quality
- 8 large sage leaves
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- 1 handful black olives – pittet
- 1 small stalk fresh rosemary
- 3 stalks fresh thyme
- 5 stalks fresh chives
- fresh pasrley
- fresh chervil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
Note: If you don't have all those fresh herbs at home you can alos go with an italian dried herb mix.
In a pan fry the gnocchi in olive oil as said on the packaging.
Wash all herbs & tomatoes.
Finely cut sage and tomatoes. Add to the pan along with olives. Let fry for a few minutes.
Add the remaining herbs, pine nuts and add salt to your taste. Let fry for another minute.
Fill into two bowls and enjoy! ?

This means, I’ve been remaking these sage gnocchi about 4 times now for the past few days ?. What can I say? You simply gotta try for yourself and find out, what’s it all about.
