Ingredients

  • 175 ml water
  • 65 g frozen blueberries
  • 25 g buckwheat
  • 10 g gluten-free oats (most of them are)
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Simply put all the ingredients into your blender and blend well until smooth.

  2. Fill into a jar and enjoy.

  3. Can be stored in the fridge up to two days.
