Preheat the oven to 180℃/350℉. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine vegan butter, sugar and plant-based milk with an electrical hand mixer. You can also use your kitchen machine if you have one.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine well.
Fill into a piping bag with a wide star noozle.
Pipe one cookie at a time onto the baking paper with a little bit of distance betweet each cookie, allowing them to rise.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes until slightly golden.
Let cool on the baking tray.
Prepare the Chia jam in a small pot: Simply defrost the berries if you use frozen ones or warm up your fresh ones, until really soft. Add the remaining ingredients and cook well for about 5 minutes.
Spoon one tsp of Chia Jam on half of the cookies and top with another one. Enjoy!
