Summer Couscous Salad - easy & vegan

- 160 g couscous
- 200 g water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 lemons
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 handful pine nuts
- 4 stalks chervil
- 4 stalks parsley
- 1/2 bunch of chives
- 2 tsp fresh or dried oregano
- 2 tsp fresh or dried thyme
- fresh pepper
- 1 can kidney beans (400 g)
- 1 small, red onion
