Kaiserschmarrn is an Austrian classic dish. I veganized it as I loveed it so much growing up! If you never heard of it, definitely give it a go! 🎉
Bring water to a boil. Mix in a small bowl with the ground flaxseed, let it steep. This will be our egg replacement.
Melt the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat. Put aside.
Mix the flour with baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add maple syrup, oat milk, coconut oil and linseed mixture and stir with a whisk.
Heat the pan and add batter. Add the raisins and bake for 2 minutes over medium heat. Then turn and "cut" into small pieces with a spatula.
Spread on two plates and serve with icing sugar, apple sauce or vanilla sauce.
