Place the oats and almonds in your food processor. Pulse until it reached a flour like texture.
In a bowl combine the flour with baking powder.
In another bowl mix together all the wet ingredients.
Combine together and let the batter sit for about ten minutes. This is important so that the batter reaches the right consistency.
Make the waffles, one at the time. I've topped mine with coconut yoghurt and fresh fruits.
